Refund & Returns Policy
We’re a small, custom-order business — everything we make is printed to order, and we don’t carry stock. If something’s gone wrong on our end, we want to make it right. If it’s simply a change of heart, we’re not able to offer a refund, as your piece was made specifically for you — we hope you understand, as a small business we can’t offer the same policies as big retailers.
1. What’s eligible for return
Only vinyl wall stickers damaged in transit, in their original packaging, qualify for a return.
2. Timeframe
Returns must be requested within 15 days of delivery.
3. Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, we’ll happily arrange an exchange for a replacement at no extra cost to you.
4. Custom and personalised orders
Because these are made just for you, custom or personalised designs can’t be returned for a change of heart. They can be returned if the item is defective or if we made an error in the customisation.
5. Gift cards
Gift cards are non-refundable.
