Our refund & returns policy is easy enough. We print to order and do not carry stock at any stage. Should you be unhappy with your order due to a fault on our side, we will be happy to assist in resolving this issue. However, if the decision to return your order is based on you having a change in heart, we will unfortunately not be able to refund you your purchase amount. We are a small business and cannot have the return policies that the big corporations have.
- Returns Eligibility: Only damaged in transit vinyl wall stickers with their original packaging can be returned.
- Timeframe for Returns: 1 -15 days from the date of delivery.
- Return Shipping: Shipping costs will need to be covered by the client
- Refund or Exchange: Customers are eligible for an exchange for another product should the product be damaged in transit.
- Custom or Personalized Orders: Custom-made or personalized vinyl wall stickers are NOT eligible for returns. These items may be returnedif they are defective or there was an error in the customization.
